Have your implant placed
We plan it in 3D on our CBCT scanner, then place it under local anaesthetic, at your pace. You'll go home with a care bag, and your nurse will call you the next day.

Have your new tooth fitted
Once the implant has bonded with your jawbone, usually over a few months, we fit the crown made for you in our own lab.

Meet the specialist behind your implant
Dr Michael Boulis is on the GDC specialist register for prosthodontics, the branch of dentistry devoted to replacing and restoring teeth. He trained at the Eastman Dental Institute and has spent fifteen years replacing missing teeth. He has placed over 2,000 implants with a 98% success rate.

What is a dental implant?
The post
A small titanium post that takes the place of your missing tooth's root.
The healing
Over a few months, the post bonds with your jawbone and becomes a firm foundation. You may wear a temporary tooth in the meantime.
The crown
A ceramic crown, made in our lab to match your own teeth, is fitted on top.
The result looks, feels and works like a natural tooth. It doesn't rely on the teeth either side and it never comes out, and with good care it can last for decades.

Does the £500 off apply to each implant?
Yes. You get £500 off each single implant and crown, so two implants save you £1,000 and three save you £1,500.
What do I need to do to get the £500 off?
Come in for your free consultation and confirm your treatment by Monday 30th November. When we call you back, we'll explain exactly what confirming involves.
Does the offer cover All-on-4 or implant-retained dentures?
This offer is for single implants and crowns only. If you're thinking about replacing a full arch, you're still welcome to request a free consultation to talk through your options.
Will it hurt?
Your implant is placed under local anaesthetic, so the area is completely numb, and many people find it far easier than they expected. Some tenderness for a few days afterwards is normal. Your care bag and the call from your nurse the next day are there to help.
I'm really nervous. Can you help?
Yes. We book longer appointments so you can pause whenever you need to. IV sedation is also available through Ivy Sedation, an independent provider.
How long does the whole process take?
A straightforward single implant usually takes three to six months from start to finish, most of which is healing time. Because your crown is made in our own lab, the final stage is quick.
What if I don't have enough bone?
We'll check your bone on our CBCT scanner. If more support is needed, bone grafting can often build it up, and Dr Boulis will talk you through what that would mean for you.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. It's a 30-minute conversation with Dr Boulis, Donatela and our nurse, including a digital scan. There's no obligation to go ahead.
